Please, come and join me, as we discuss and understand one of the most important revelations in the word of God concerning Spirit, Soul & Body. These truths I am going to share with you will set on a path of total freedom in your walk with Jesus Christ. I want you to experienced the freedom and inheritance God designed for you to have on this earth NOW! We should be experiencing heaven on earth in our lives, but the majority of the bodies of Christ are not. Let me tell you why!

Sadly to say, most Christians today do not understand that we are a three part being, and how they work in our everyday life. Most people actually believe they are only made up of Body & Soul; they confuse soul and spirit as being basically the same, when actually they are separate parts, with separate purposes, yet are interrelated. It says in 1st Thessalonians 5:23 - Now may the God of peace Himself sanctify you completely; and may your whole Spirit, Soul & Body be preserved blameless at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ. This scripture confirms that we are a three part being. Spirit, Soul & Body is the foundational truth that absolutely needs to be understood, in the body of Christ. This understanding will bring a freedom in you born-again life, and remove all frustration, confusion and defeat. I do not believe this truth is being taught in the majority of the churches today.

Do you know that when you are reading the Word of God, it's God's mirror, a reflection of who you are in the Spirit? Not your Body and Soul! John 4:24 say, "God is spirit and those who worship Him must worship Him in spirit and truth. God is communicating to us in our spirits, through His awesome word. Frustration and confusion will take place in your life, when we are reading God's word and not realizing that God is communicating to us about who you are in the Spirit. When we are reading God's word the majority of Christians are trying to receive what it is saying about us not only in our spirits, but also in our bodies & souls, which is not right. It is talking about who you are in your spirit. Do you know God relates to us in our Spirits all the time? He is not relating to us by our imperfectness, but our hearts and spirits. Romans 3:23 says, "that we all fall short of the glory of God." God is not looking at us by what we have done wrong or didn't do right, but in our spirits, which is totally redeemed. Do you know what God sees when He looks at us? He sees our identity in Him through our born-again spirits which is redeemed, justified, righteous, perfect, and holy just like Jesus is. Genesis 1:26 says, "We are made in His image and His likeness in our spirits." Isn't that awesome? In our bodies and flesh we are still in our corruptible and mortal state, till the return of Jesus Christ, That's when our corruptible will be incorruptible and our mortal will become immorality. Our spirits are 100% saved. It says in Ephesians 1:13 our spirits are sealed with the holy spirit of promise. Or spirits are vacuum packed, so no sin or evil can touch our totally redeemed spirits, in the mean time we need to renew our minds to get our body and souls to line up to the truth of God's word and what He is saying to us in our spirits. It says in Ephesians 1:13 - who is the guarantee of our inheritance until the redemption of the purchased possession, (which is the body and soul, not our spirits needing to be redeemed) to the praise of His glory. The bible is a reflection of who we are in the spirit.

I spent many years not understanding these truths about being a three part being. I did not know there functions, purposes, how they worked for me or against me. I can tell you from experience, I spent many years, as a Christian in defeat just by not understanding the revelation about Spirit, Soul and Body. Praise God! The Holy Spirit so graciously opened my heart to receive this revelation, on this subject, that has transformed my life forever.

LET'S BREAK DOWN EACH PART INDIVIDUALLY!
SPIRIT: Our innermost part
SOUL:Our mental, emotional part; Mind, will emotions, and conscience, Our "personality"
BODY:Our physical part

Your body, the outer part, can be seen and felt. The inner part, the soul, can't be seen or felt, but I can touch it with my words. Your spirit, on the other hand, cannot be accessed in any natural way. There is no direct connection between spirit and flesh. We can not contact our spirit through our soul which is our emotions or physical body. It says in John 3:6 "That which is born of flesh is flesh; and that which is born of Spirit is spirit. The Spirit can not be felt, or seen. God's Word is the only accurate way to perceive the spirit realm.

The fact is the body can be touched and be seen. I could touch your body with my hand and you would feel and see that. The soul can be touch without physically being near through words. The souls tell you how you are doing, when you are happy, sad, feeling fear, depression, tired etc. The body and soul are constantly feeding you such information.

Do you know you have never seen your face? But if you take a mirror, and look in it, you see a reflection of your face. You and I look into a mirror everyday, and see our reflection of what we look like and say, "Yup! That's me! We trust that reflection to tell us how we look, if our hair is comb, if our make-up is on right etc. Then we walk away from the mirror, believing what you saw as being the truth, and never question it at all.

It is the same when we want to know what we are like in our spirits; we look into the word of God, God's mirror, God's reflection of who we are in the spirit. When you read God's Word, and when you look into the Bible, you behold yourself in the spirit. It says in John 6:63 - "It is the spirit who gives life; the flesh profits nothing. The word that I speak to you is spirit, and they are life. See what this scripture is saying here, that the spirit gives life, not the flesh. Hold your bible up in front of you, and say, "When I am reading God's awesome word, it perfectly reflects who I am in my spirit."

You must look into God's mirror and trust the spiritual reality you see!

This truth elevates all frustration and confusion in our lives, and allow us to walk in the Spirit in power and tremendous freedom in Christ!
